About iTHRVE chakras app

There is a significant agreement in the literature (references below – although scientifically controversial) about an actual correlation between musical key signatures and the glandular areas or chakras which are energised by specific notes.

To make a relationship between heart frequencies and music notes, we were searching for the model that could best fit the results we get while making slow breath training practices.

We were convinced that the effect of slow breath training practices should induce some kind of energy circle inside the body.

We convert the actual Heartbeats per minute as displayed in the HRV (low frequencies of the heart) – to calculate a musical fundamental or dominant key signature for your heart. Then using multiple sources in the literature which agree- we convert that key signature to show which of your chakras are most energised by the ‘heart music’.

While testing different qualities of the relationship between music notes and chakras, we found that we could animate the movement circuit between the nadii’s , Ida and Pingara- by displaying the chakras energised in sequence by your heart’s musical key.

This model is defined and used by two different authors and was based on two different kinds of approaches to defining it:

What does iTHRVE Chakra app do?

The chakra graph gives the resonance of your heart rate with the frequencies of each chakra. Regarding the size of the bullets, you can get info about which chakra is not activated with your actual heart rate variation. When you sit on a desk, you will activate some chakras, when you walk, you will activate some other when you are relaxing,…, etc when you are stressed, you will activate other, etc.
It can also show that with deep slow breath (and good coherence practice), most of the chakras are activated and balanced.
The app helps you to understand and visualise it the level of activation of each chakra. Please note that your body is constantly changing depending on the context and environmental factors and the activation of each chakra will change.
You can record the session and see, for example, which chakras are active and dominant when you’re meditating.
So, to sum up, the app shows you the levels of activation of each chakra at a given time.

What are nadis?

The nadis are well known for those who practice yoga. Their challenge is to move energy through the nadis to feed their physical, mental, and spiritual development. The nadis are our ‘energetic irrigation’ system. The Sanskrit word nadi means “flow,” “motion,” or “vibration.” The fundamental nature of a nadi is to flow, to find inside the body the path of least resistance and nourish everything in its path.

This is the most common way to display Ida & Pingala nadis.

According to “ThĂ©orie et pratique de SpagythĂ©rapie EnergĂ©tique” a book from Tony CERON, each chakra is related to a musical note.

This approach of Tony CERON is related to alchemy and planets.

The same relationship between chakras and music notes is used by Michel LARROCHE in its “CELLULAR ANALYSIS AND REINFORMATION” practice (using musical tuning forks).
